As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility, ALDO is teaming up with Prasini Aspida for an important tree planting that will take place on November 17, 2024, at 11.00 am, in the area of Agios Ermogenes in Kourio, Limassol.
ALDO contributes to the effort of the Prasini Aspida, with the aim of planting 500.000 trees in the next five years throughout Cyprus, in cooperation with Non-profit Organizations, Associations, Foundations, Schools, Municipalities and Communities adopting 3.000 trees for
tree planting by the end of 2024.
Driven by environmental consciousness, ALDO is proceeding to plant a tree, with every purchase over €90 made from any of its stores in Cyprus, in 2024. Through this initiative, ALDO is working with Prasini Aspida and the program ‘You Reforest Cyprus’, helping to achieve their goals and reduce carbon dioxide emissions from various human activities.
With every tree planted, ALDO contributes to environmental protection, which is essential for a sustainable economy and an equal society, giving hope and supporting the future of generations to come.
