Europa Donna has established Breast Health Day as an annual event held on 15 October to remind girls and women in Europe of the importance of lifestyle-related factors that can affect our future breast health and contribute to breast cancer prevention, as well as the role of early detection in the fight against breast cancer.
The annual Breast Health Day campaign reminds women that being physically active, maintaining a normal body weight and eating a healthy diet can help protect their breast health.
