Claire’s (www.claires.gr) is looking to hire a Store manager for the new Claire’s store in The Mall of Cyprus in Strovolos! Claire’s is a leading high street fashion retailer with +3000 stores globally. We specialize in fashionable jewelry, accessories and cosmetics products!

About you
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 to 2 years retail management experience
• Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills both in Greek and English
• Basic computer skills
• Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills
• Understands the importance of Customer Service
• Ability to analyze sales reports and strategically problem solve
• Ability to operate POS system
Duties & responsibilities
• Providing world class service and customer support
• Maximizing store performance
• Supervising, training and motivating the Claire’s team
• Monthly and daily planning of staff timetables
• Maintaining store image – vm, cleanliness
• Handling product stock – ordering & replenishment
