Role Purpose

Support store management in motivating and developing the team while achieving store targets. Work on the sales floor providing direct customer assistance throughout the store.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and ensure a high level of satisfaction through excellent service

  • Maintain store cleanliness and strong visual merchandising standards

  • Support sales by keeping the store fully stocked

  • Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products

  • Handle transactions and package purchases professionally

  • Take inventory and monitor the sales floor

  • Ensure team compliance with company procedures and guidelines

  • Assist with transactions and store operations

  • Open and close the store

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations

  • Represent the brand with professionalism and uphold daily standards

  • Achieve sales goals to meet store profit targets

  • Take on responsibilities assigned by the Store or Assistant Store Manager


Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service

  • Ability to handle both cash and credit card payments

  • Computer literacy for using retail systems

  • Able to manage schedules and stock levels

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Attentive to customer needs and committed to satisfaction

  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written
