Lucky Easter Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Only people who are permanent residents of The Republic of Cyprus and are 16 years old and older can participate in the ‘Lucky Easter’ campaign.
2. The employees of the Mall of Cyprus, security personnel, cleaners and any other person who is associated with the specific campaign, do not have the right to participate in the campaign.
3. One competition coupon is given for every 30 euros spent from 12 April 2021 up to and including 9 May 2021, anywhere at the Mall of Cyprus only.
4. The exchange of purchases to coupons can be done at the Information Desk of the Mall of Cyprus, which is located in the ground floor and operates Monday to Friday 10am to 8pm, Saturday 9.30am to 8.30pm and Sunday 11am to 7pm. On Friday 30 April 2021 the Information Desk will be open until 6pm. Between Saturday 1 May 2021 and Monday 3 May 2021 it will be closed.
5. The exchange of purchases to coupons can be done at the Information Desk up to and including Tuesday 11 May 2021, but only receipts dated between 12 April and 9 May 2021 will be accepted.
6. At the end of the competition, the following prizes will be randomly drawn among all participations:

7. Each winner will receive be notified by either phone or by email. If the winner does not respond within two days after the draw, the Organizer will contact the runner up, who will also need to respond with two days. In case communication is unsuccessful with both, the prize will be cancelled.
8. The prizes are as stated in Term 7 and cannot be changed or exchanged in any way.
9. Mall of Cyprus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the terms of the Competition, to shorten or extend its term, or to repeat the Competition as the Company deems fit, to change the prize or to withdraw it without any prior notice, and without any obligation to indemnify.
10. In case of partial or full suspension of the operations of the shopping center at any date between 12 April and 9 May 2021, the Mall of Cyprus reserves the right to cancel the competition.
11. Every winner can collect his/her gift personally upon presentation of ID card.
12. The winners may be requested to take photographs with the Mall of Cyprus management for publicity purposes.
