Position Goal:
To provide high-quality customer service and maintain the store’s appearance in line with the company’s standards, contributing to achieving the store’s sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service.
- Ability to guide and motivate the team.
- Knowledge of the store’s sales targets and collaboration with the team to achieve them.
- Ability to analyze sales.
- Manage merchandise, orders, returns, etc.
- Maintain the store’s appearance and cleanliness.
- Take on any other duties assigned by the Store Manager.
Qualifications and Other Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work in shifts/store hours.
- Fluency in both Greek and English is required.
- Very good knowledge of computers.
- Team spirit with leadership skills.
- Interest in Fashion.
- Enthusiasm.
