- Only people who are permanent residents of the Republic of Cyprus and are 16 years old and older can participate in the draw.
- The employees of Mall of Cyprus, security personnel, cleaners and any other person who works for Mall of Cyprus or is associated with the specific campaign, do not have the right to participate in the draw.
- The draw will take place by 27 August 2024.
- To participate in the competition visitors need to complete their personal information in the competition coupon and place it in the lottery box to be found in PLAYMOBIL playground, between the dates 26 July and 25 August 2024, both inclusive.
- The prizes that will be drawn are offered by PLAYMOBIL HELLAS SMSA and are 5 pieces 71642 Castle of Arwynn, and 5 pieces71359 Rainbow Palace.
- The prizes are as stated in term 5, and cannot be changed or exchanged for cash.
- The winners will be notified by phone and provided with a Gift Receipt Code.
- If the winner does not respond within two days of being notified, The Mall of Cyprus will contact the first runner up, who is also obligated to respond within two days. The process will be repeated until a winner is found.
- Every winner can collect his/her gift personally upon presentation of his/her Identity Card or Passport, and the Gift Receipt Code. At that time the winner may be photographed with the Mall of Cyprus management for publicity purposes.
- Mall of Cyprus reserves the right to postpone the draw, change the date or the conditions of the draw without prior notice.
