‘Share the Thrill of Winning’ Terms & Conditions

1. Only people who are permanent residents of The Republic of Cyprus and are 16 years old and older can participate in the ‘Share the Thrill of Winning’ campaign.
2. The employees of the Mall of Cyprus, security personnel, cleaners and any other person who is associated with the specific campaign, do not have the right to participate in the campaign.
3. One competition coupon is given for every 20 euros spent from 1 December 2020 up to and including 31 December 2020, from any shop found at the Mall of Cyprus.
4. The exchange of purchases to coupons can be done at the Information Desk of the Mall of Cyprus, which is located in the ground floor and operates Monday to Friday 10am to 8pm, and Saturday and Sunday 9.30am to 8.30pm.
5. There will be one competition winner for every day that the shops are operating, i.e. 29 winners for the entire period of the competition.
6. The participation coupons deposited in the lottery box of ‘Share the Thrill of Winning’ campaign on each day, will be valid for the draw that will take place on the next day only.
7. Every winner will get 100 Euros in vouchers from a shop or shops of their choice from the Mall of Cyprus.
8. Each winner will receive be notified by either phone or by email. If the winner does not respond within two days after the draw, the Organizer will contact the runner up, who will also need to respond with two days. In case communication is unsuccessful with both, the prize will be cancelled.
9. The prizes are as stated in Term 7 and cannot be changed or exchanged in any way.
10. Mall of Cyprus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the terms of the Competition, to shorten or extend its term, or to repeat the Competition as the Company deems fit, to change the prize or to withdraw it without any prior notice, and without any obligation to indemnify.
11. Every winner can collect his/her gift personally upon presentation of ID card.
12. The winners may be requested to take photographs with the Mall of Cyprus management for publicity purposes.
