This year, during Valentine’s Week, the Mall of Cyprus joins forces with the Deputy Ministry of Tourism, to promote our island as a top destination. Together, through the ‘Share your Love for Cyprus’ events, they will give the public the opportunity to share all the reasons they love Cyprus, and win prizes relating to internal tourism experiences all over the island.
The events will take place during the week of 13 -19th of February at the ground floor Entrance 2 of the Mall of Cyprus. There, the visitors will find heart-shaped cards, write on them a reason they love Cyprus and pin them on the heart-shaped branded event display. In this way over the week the display will gradually fill with cards gathering messages of love and gratitude.
In addition, visitors who upload their favourite photos of Cyprus on Instagram with a description of why they love their island and the hashtag #visitcyprus, will also get the opportunity to get their photo featured on the Deputy Ministry of Tourism’s social media channels.
Weekend Events 18th & 19th February
On the weekend of the 18th & 19th of February, the visitors will have the opportunity to take part in a special competition. By filling out a coupon, they will get an entry to a draw with prizes such as agrotourism hotel accommodation accompanied with experiences such as wine tasting, spa treatments, restaurant meals and more!
On Saturday the 18th of February, the visitors will also enjoy a live link by Sfaira radio station ( 12pm – 2pm ) and Kiss Fm radio station ( 3pm – 5pm ), and on Sunday 19/2 the event will climax with a 6- hour live DJ set from 12pm – 6pm.
