Xenos Travel Competition | Terms & Conditions

1. Only people who are permanent residents of the Republic of Cyprus and are 18 years old and older can participate in the draw.
2. The employees of the Mall of Cyprus, security personnel, cleaners and any other person who works for the Mall of Cyprus or Xenos Travel by Royal Holidays or is associated with the specific campaign, do not have the right to participate in the draw.
3. Participation in the competition is done with presentation of purchase receipts from shops located at the Mall of Cyprus only, with dates between 7 May 2024 and 9 June 2024
4. Each receipt of 30 euros can be exchanged for one entry coupon. For receipts of more than 30 euros, the remaining amount can be used in combination with following receipts to complete the minimum amount of 30 euros.
5. Participation in the competition is done by filling out all the details at the participation coupon and depositing it in the lottery box that is placed in the common areas of the Mall of Cyprus.
6. The exchange can be performed at the Information Desk on the ground floor of the Mall of Cyprus between 7 May 2024 and 10 June 2024. The Information Desk operates from 10am to 8pm Monday to Friday, from 9.30am to 8.30pm on Saturday, and from 11am to 7pm on Sunday.
7. The competition prizes are provided by Xenos Travel by Royal Holidays and are:
   • 1 trip for 2 people to Belgrade, from 14 July until 18 July 2024.
   • 1 trip for 2 people to Vienna, from 10 July until 14 July 2024.
   • 1 trip for 2 people to Paris, from 8 July until 12 July 2024.
   • 1 trip for 2 people to Barcelona, from 3 July until 7 July 2024.

The trips include the plane tickets, 1 baggage and 1 hand luggage for each passenger, airport taxes and fuel surcharge, and accommodation with breakfast for 4 nights.

8. The prizes are not transferable to third parties and cannot be exchanged for money or any other service. The prizes cannot be combined with any other offer. Finally, the trips have already been scheduled for the above periods and are not subject to any changes (dates, hotel, etc.).
9. The winners of the competition will be announced by Wednesday 12 June 2024. Each winner will be informed by phone or email, based on the details they have filled in the relevant entry coupon. To receive his/her prize, he/she will need to present a valid ID for name verification, and the gift receipt code provided by Mall of Cyprus.
10. If the winner does not respond within two days of being notified, the Mall of Cyprus will contact the first runner up, who is also obligated to respond within two days. The process will be repeated until a winner is found.
11. By accepting the prize, each winner authorizes Mall of Cyprus to publish his/her name, age, place of residence and photograph in the media for the purpose of promoting the promotion. The winners also agree to be available for photo shoots for the purpose of promoting the promotion.
12. Mall of Cyprus reserves the right to amend any term of the promotion.
13. Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions.
