- Only people who are permanent residents of the Republic of Cyprus and are 16 years old and older can participate in the draw.
- The employees of the Mall of Cyprus, sales persons and other staff who work in any of the shops found in the Mall of Cyprus, security personnel, cleaners and any other person who works for the Mall of Cyprus or is associated with the specific campaign, do not have the right to participate in the draw.
- Participation in the competition is done with presentation of purchase receipts from shops located at the Mall of Cyprus only, with dates between 4 September 2023 and 1 October 2023.
- The exchange of receipts in scratch cards will take place at the Information Desk on the ground floor of the Mall of Cyprus from 10.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday, from 09.30am to 8.30pm on Saturday, and from 11am to 7pm on Sunday.
- The participant will fill in their name and the total amount of their purchases for the particular day they come to the Information Point in a specific record kept there.
- Subsequently, they will receive one scratch card for every 50 euros. Only the receipts of that day will be used for the calculation. For example, for receipts of a particular day worth EUR 170, the participant will be given 3 scratch cards. The remaining amount will not be carried over to another day.
- Subsequently, the participant will scratch the scratch cards, and in case they are one of the 5 competition winners, they will receive on the spot a Mall Gift Card of equal value to the values of their purchases of that day, that has been recorded as per point (5) of the terms. There will be a maximum amount of 500 Euros regardless of the purchases of the participant on that day.
- The terms and conditions of use of the Mall Gift Card and the stores where it can be redeemed are available at https://mallofcyprus.com/gift-card/.
- The prizes cannot be combined with any other offer or discount, cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable to other people.
- The winners may be requested to take photographs with Mall of Cyprus management for publicity purposes.
- The Mall of Cyprus reserves the right to change any term of the campaign without prior notice.
