‘EASTER EGG HUNT’ competition by Mall of Cyprus and Charalambous BIO Cheese Puffs

1. The competition is organized by The Mall of Cyprus (MC) Plc and George Charalambous Ltd.
2. Only persons who are permanent residents of Cyprus and are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate in the competition. Employees of the Mall of Cyprus and George Charalambous Ltd, security staff and cleaners, and their families, and any other person associated with the management of this promotional campaign are excluded from the competition.
3. The competition is valid during the ‘Easter Egg Hunt’ event to be held at the Mall of Cyprus on 14 April 2023, from 11am to 2pm.
4. Participation in the competition requires delivering an Easter Egg that the participant will find in the public areas of the Mall of Cyprus during the ‘Easter Egg Hunt’ event, filling in the relevant coupon and placing it in the competition’s draw box which will be located at the event venue.
5. One lucky winner and two runners-up will be drawn.
6. The competition prize is an Apple Watch SE 40mm SG Alu Midnight Sport Band CEL.
7. The prize is as stated above, is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Each contestant is eligible to enter once throughout the event.
9. The winner of the competition will be announced by Wednesday 19 April 2023. The winner will be notified by telephone or email based on the details they have completed on the relevant entry form. To receive his/her prize, he/she will be required to present an ID card for name verification, and the gift receipt code provided by the Mall of Cyprus.
10. If the winner does not respond within two (2) days after being notified, the Mall of Cyprus will contact the 1st runner-up, who must also respond within two (2) days. In the event that contact cannot be made with either of the above two, then the prize will be CANCELLED.
11. By accepting the prize, the winner authorizes the Mall of Cyprus and George Charalambous Ltd to publish his/her name, age, place of residence and photo in the media for the purpose of promoting the event. The winner also agrees to be available for a photo shoot for promotion purposes.
12. The Mall of Cyprus and George Charalambous Ltd reserve the right to modify any of the terms and conditions of the promotion.
13. Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions.
