We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team at Mall of Cyprus. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of various systems and facilities within the mall premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily checks on electrical and mechanical installations.
- Monitor cleanliness of common areas and facilities.
- Observe landscaping and irrigation systems.
- Confirm proper security presence and adherence to dress code.
- Monitor waste disposal containers’ condition.
- Assist in Health and Safety Plan maintenance.
- Identify and report HSSE issues.
- Monitor construction works for compliance.
- Prepare operational reports as needed.
- Maintain and update operations checklists.
- Communicate security report findings.
- Participate in contractor meetings.
- Maintain communication with Tenants.
- Assume ‘Duty Manager’ role when required.
- Execute other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
